One Person, One Account: This is one of Bajji9's strictest rules. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, NID, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. The reason is straightforward — to prevent bonus system abuse and ensure a fair environment for all members.

Cricket Betting Settlement:

• In ODI or T20 matches, if at least 5 overs have been completed, results are determined using the Duckworth-Lewis method.
• If a match is abandoned after fewer than 5 overs, all bets are void and stakes are refunded.
• In Test matches, a bet is valid if at least 1 ball has been bowled — otherwise it is void.
• If incorrect odds are displayed on a live in-play bet due to a technical error, Bajji9 reserves the right to void that bet.

Football Betting Settlement:

• Results are settled after a full 90 minutes — extra time and penalties are generally separate markets.
• If a match is abandoned after more than 70 minutes of play, bets on most markets remain valid.

Accumulator Bets:

• If one event in an accumulator is cancelled, it is removed and the bet is settled based on the remaining events.
• If all events in a bet are cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.

To maintain a fair and safe environment for all members at Bajji9, certain activities are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be suspended or permanently closed, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or using risk-free betting strategies with the sole purpose of clearing bonus funds.
• Account Sharing: Allowing someone else to use your account, or conducting transactions on another member's account.
• Fraud: Using a false identity, forged documents, or stolen payment methods.
• Technical Manipulation: Using bots, software, or automation to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Depositing funds from illegal sources into Bajji9 or attempting to launder money through betting.
• Match Manipulation: Any bettor found to have a proven connection to match-fixing or corruption will have their account closed immediately.
• Harassment: Threatening, abusing, or harassing support agents or other users.

Bajji9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under certain circumstances. In the case of a temporary suspension, the member will be notified via email or SMS, and the account will be reactivated once the investigation is complete.

Reasons for Account Suspension:

• If KYC verification is incomplete or submitted documents are not accepted.
• During an investigation into suspicious transactions or potential fraud.
• Upon a self-exclusion request — which the member can initiate themselves.

Grounds for Permanent Closure:
